Due to the state of the economy, and given the difficulties we as a business experience, we knew the local charities would be struggling, so we decided to help.  Starting in March of 2009, Jared, Matt, & Larry began thinking of creative events that could be held at The Brick House to help raise awareness for these charities. Every month The Brick House is sponsoring a local charity to support and help raise money for. Different events we have hosted so far have been a Blackout Night, pool tournaments, celebrity bartenders (including The Pittsburgh Steeler's Nick Eason (pictured left), KDKA and 100.7 radio personality Shelley Duffy, local entrepenuer Chuck Swidinski, and Dr. Patty Arnett), and duct taping local celebrities to our famous "Brick House Charity Wall."

Pictured to the right, our good buddy, KDKA and 100.7's Shelley Duffy, finds herself duct taped to the "Brick House Charity Wall."  Shelley sold more duct tape by the foot than anyone else to date, and then she got to wear it.  What fun we had!!!  Our pool tournaments have drawn quite the crowd with a lot of good healthy competition for all involved.  We hold two tournaments per month which fall on the first and third Friday.  Stay tuned for announcements of our celebrity bartending, as we do this when these busy people are available.  Each month the finale for our charity is the celebrity duct taping on the last Saturday of each month.

Different charities we have sponsored so far have been Lifesteps, The March of Dimes, and M.S. During June, The Brick House will be "fun-raising" for The American Cancer Society.  This months events include: June 5th -  Pool Tournament  @ 10:30 P.M. ($5 entry fee - double elimination)   June 13th - Celebrity Bartender Miss Butler County   June 19th - Pool Tournament @ 10:30 P.M.   June 27th - Duct Tape for Charity   Upcoming charities are The Humane Society, The Butler Junior Women's Club, and Autism.  If you have a charity that would like to be apart of our fund raising, please e-mail Jared Sullivan at jsullivan4562@yahoo.com.
