Provide us with your charts and a check for the money collected minus $5 per $15 Gift Certificate. THAT'S RIGHT - YOU KEEP over 33% OF THE PROCEEDS for your group. 6. We provide you with the gift certificates filled out in the purchaser's name (we leave the recipients area blank in case they intend to use it as a gift).
