Details:
All we require is a $100 deposit mailed in or dropped off (if check) or call in a credit card to 724-284-1159 after 4 p.m. Tues. to Sat..
Then our emails will capture all the details for your event.
4 days before the event, you call in your final count of guests: that is what we purchase, make the food for and charge for the night.
You may bring in your own dessert (i.e. birthday cake, etc.) but no other food, or n/a drink is allowed on premise.
You can pre-select a room option for your event. If your guest number or a situation out of our control occurs we may have to move your event to a more appropriate yet equally beautiful area. There is a $60 upcharge for our balcony room.
We no longer sell alcohol. You are permitted to bring in your own for you and your guests.
But by doing so you and your guests, that consume any of the alcohol brought in for your function, agree to assume all legal responsibility and legal liability for consuming said alcohol and any laws broken or injuries sustained by event attendees or others that are injured as a result of you serving alcohol. This includes damage to our property or the property of others. And you and your guests agree that anyone in your party that becomes unruly, whether caused by the alcohol consumption or other, bare all responsibility for the removal of that guest(s).
We provide a set-up of cups and ice for $3 per guests for all groups wishing to serve alcohol to their guests. This price includes our n/a drinks too. This is a standard fee and is for the n/a drinks, equipment, cups and ice for your convenience. There is a liability waiver signing required.
